With over 35 years of experience in bankruptcy law in private practice and with PNC Bank, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and a distinct, holistic approach to solving bankruptcy problems for the firm’s clients. Tom is one of the 50 new attorneys McGlinchey welcomed in 2023, as part of its focused recruitment initiative aimed at expanding its nationally recognized team.

His private practice experience involved the financial services industry, where he handled consumer bankruptcies, foreclosures, consumer finance litigation, and appeals. This diverse background enables him to adeptly navigate complex cases and deliver comprehensive solutions. Licensed in Ohio, Tom is affiliated with McGlinchey’s Cleveland office.
