NCB Management Services, Inc. Announces the Appointment of Justin Miller as Chief Outsourcing Officer

TREVOSE, Pa. —  NCB Management Services, Inc., a respected national Debt Buyer and leading provider of Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Miller as its new Chief Outsourcing Officer. In this newly created role, Justin will play a key part in driving the company’s growth strategy, fostering strategic partnerships, and providing third-party oversight as NCB continues to grow and scale its business.

With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to NCB Management Services, Inc. As its new Chief Outsourcing Officer. Justin comes to the NCB team from Frontline Asset Strategies. Mr. Miller has worked on various leadership teams across the industry for over 20 years and has directed teams within all elements of operations, including outsourcing, business analytics, acquisitions, strategy, and customer services.

Mr. Miller has spent equal amounts of time in both the contingency collection space, and debt buying space. Mr. Miller has spent his career focusing on the intersection of data and people to create a world-class customer experience via traditional and non-traditional collection channels. His primary objective is to enhance each of his team’s opportunities to succeed.  Justin Miller graduated from Georgia Southern University with a M.B.A. in 2000 and has since worked both domestically and internationally delivering advanced collection techniques and strategies.
